Is your site truly accessible? Are you providing the best possible service to all your visitors?
I expect you’ve taken the first step, and perhaps your site is accessible to level A (or even AA). But have you considered taking the extra step, and providing accessible charting in your investor section, transcripts for all your video or audio sections on site, or providing a sign language translation for your webcasts and videos?
There are up to 70,000 users of British Sign Language (BSL) in the UK, and up to 500,000 users of American Sign Language (ASL) in the US. This is a big constituency which you should perhaps be considering.

5 stages of development of corporate RSS Feeds
Not all companies have yet ‘got’ the value in providing RSS feeds, and don’t provide any at all; at the other extreme, some companies provide multiple RSS feeds, including feeds of podcasts, speeches and other tailored streams of information.
There is definitely a trend towards providing more RSS feeds, and providing feeds tailored to a particular audience.

BT: browser incompatability
Something has gone wrong with the BT corporate home page. It should look like this, as it does in IE7:

but in Firefox, it looks like this:

Some of the text has exploded out of its allocated space. Please fix it - I’d much rather browse in Firefox.
