Hi Katina - thanks for your kind words, and for taking the time to respond.

I'm glad to hear that you found the cause of your depression - and I quite agree that eating a good range of fruits and vegetables is important. You might be interested in this article about the link between gluten and depression: Is gluten making you depressed?

“If you haven’t identified influencers in your market, start now. Your competitors are probably talking to your shared influencers already; relationships – even alliances – are being forged. There are companies eager to help you find them and/or to talk to them and to help you spread the word. "

I agree!
The article was well written, and extremely valuable to the average reader. I don't know of anyone close to me who is on a gluten free diet, and yet, the information listed here should be read by EVERYONE. If the diet has nutritious benefits to a person with sensitivity to certain foods/chemicals, then how would a person who does not have a sensitive feel on the diet? Could it actually be a type of preventative type of measure?

Like harsh inoculations, which are growing highly controversial these days, at least her in the U. S.? What if, every thing we put into our bodies including the medications prescribed is what is causing us to have chronic joint pain, fatigue, mood swings, and increased number of genetic problems?

I remember my mother telling me one day after I returned home from the physician’s office: "Sis, I don't think you need that medication." She said these words with such seriousness, as if she were against medication in general. I dint' realize that one of the medications I was taking was actually the cause of a depressive disorder and that by eating more fruits and vegetables, on a daily basis, that my mood lifted naturally. What a concept!

Your articles gives a lot of personal information as well as factual information, it is a good combination for an effective article on a topic that you feel strongly about. As a reader/writer/researcher, I find the best articles are the ones that have a personal flavor to them. After all, readers are "just people" no matter what job title they hold, or how old they are, we like to read real life experience in correlation with facts and statistics.

A four star article written here.
Thank you for providing this information.

Good luck with you and your child on the diet. I'm sure good things will come of it. Where there is love, and knowledge, all things are truly possible. It's what people do with the knowledge they find, that makes all the difference.

I will certainly check into the gluten free diet. It couldn't hurt to try it.
