Nicely written article.

Although I would agree that marketing messages can contribute to building brand trust, they aren’t the only mechanism at a marketer’s disposal.

Thought you may appreciate a recent North American study by Concerto Marketing and Research Now looking at the psychological drivers of trust in brands. We managed to uncover six drivers of trust, all of which are equally correlated to overall brand trust.
